These terms cover the use of the Rise Sportswear website and orders for custom teamwear. Please read them alongside your written quote and approved design proof.
Quotes and orders
A request for a quote is not a confirmed order. Your written quote sets out the products, quantities, currency, prices and any applicable shipping charges or taxes. Check these details before accepting. Any expiry date or special conditions will be stated in the quote; changes to the brief may require a revised quote.
Design approval and sizing
Review your design proof carefully, including colours, spelling, player names, numbers, logos, garment selection and size breakdown. Tell us about corrections before approving the proof. Screen colours can differ from finished fabric, and sizing can vary between garment styles. Ask about sizing guidance or samples before confirming your size run.
Artwork and permissions
You must have permission to use all artwork, team names, logos, photographs and other material you provide. You authorise us to use that material to prepare your design and fulfil your order, including sharing it with production partners. We may decline material that infringes another person's rights or is unlawful.
Payment
Payment instructions and any deposit requirements are provided with your quote or payment-details message. Accepting a quote does not itself confirm receipt of payment. Production scheduling depends on the agreed payment requirements and final design approval being completed. Contact us through your existing quote correspondence if payment instructions appear to have changed unexpectedly.
Production and delivery
Production and delivery estimates depend on the selected production option, order specifications and destination. Your quote or order confirmation sets out the estimate for your order. Tell us about any event deadline before accepting your quote. Delays may occur during production, shipping or customs clearance; applicable consumer rights are unaffected.
Changes, cancellation and returns
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Custom production may limit the changes or cancellation we can offer after work has started; any available options and associated costs will be confirmed in writing. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or different from your approved order, contact us with the order reference and photographs so we can assess a remedy. Nothing in these terms removes rights provided by applicable law.
Website and accounts
Keep your account access details secure and provide accurate contact and order information. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or submit unlawful material. Website imagery and product information are provided for reference; your accepted quote and approved proof describe your specific order.

For questions about these terms or an order, reply to your quote or order correspondence, or use the website enquiry form. Any order-specific conditions will be communicated in writing. Mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase remain in force.
