Custom kit is made just for your team, so our returns policy works a little differently.

Faulty or incorrect items

If anything arrives damaged, misprinted or different from your approved proof, contact us within 14 days and we'll remake it free of charge.

Items printed with your names, numbers or artwork can't be returned for change of mind, as they can't be resold.

Order a sizing sample before your full run to avoid fit issues. Reprints for wrong sizes are available at a reduced rate.
